For the past month I’ve been reading PeopleWare, and I have to say it’s one of the most honest and relevant books on management and the work environment I have ever read.
If you are a manager, are aiming for management, or even if you’re not but want to make a difference in your work-place, I beg you to pick up a copy and see what you think.
Not everything will be relevant to you, and some of the things it recommends will be totally impractical for your situation, but as the book recommends, start small, change things little by little and it will make a big difference in the end.
